Prepare Submissions Now for the CAP26 Abstract Program

Abstract submissions to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) 2026 Abstract Program will be accepted beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2026, through 7 p.m. Central time Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

Important Note: Only abstract submissions that include original research findings that describe more than 2 cases will be allowed for the CAP26 Abstract Program. Case studies that discuss 1 or 2 cases will not be considered and should not be submitted.

Accepted abstract submissions will appear on the Archives of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine website as a web-only supplement to the September 2026 issue. Awards will be presented to the winners of the Top 5 Junior Member Abstract Program.
